Dr. Rishu Roy is presently working as Associate Professor at Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya. She was formerly associated as Director at Sanghvi Institute of Management and Science, (SIMS) Indore. She holds a teaching experience of 16 years in renowned institutes of Indore. She is a registered Guide under DAVV (2011); Mehwar University, Rajasthan (2012); Pacific University (2014) and Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya (2017). She has been awarded Ph.D. in Management (2007) from DAVV. Besides, that 2 months FDP at IIM, Indore is another feather in her cap. Five research scholars have already been awarded doctorate degree under her.

Dr. Mandip Gill

Mr. Premansh Sharma is working as Assistant Registrar (Academics) at Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya, Indore. He also worked as Section Officer in the University during last 5 years. He is currently in charge of Academic section and looking after all student affairs related to academic section along with being Nodal Officer for Government Scholarships. He has previously managed all establishments, HR and administration related affairs successfully in Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya in a rigorous and dynamic manner. He is also handling an additional responsibility of “Assistant Public Information Officer” of the University in RTI related matters. He is also a life Member and the Honorary Secretary of the Indian Society for Training and Development, Indore Chapter. He is Member Secretary of Internal Complaint Committee, Women’s Grievance Cell of the University along with being a Core Member of Centre of Excellence in Happiness Studies. MBA in Human Resource, he holds a Masters degree in Economics, Graduate degree in Commerce and is certified in Cyber law from ILI Delhi, pursuing PhD in Management. Mr. Premansh has more than 9 years of experience in the field of Educational administration and HR management. Prior to SVVV Indore, he has served as Public Relations Officer (PRO) in another reputed University of Indore. He also has an experience of training & mentoring UPSC and State PSC aspirants through a leading coaching institution of Delhi. He was a part of organizational founder team of Edukraft IAS academy and served as Manager (Admin & HR) for 4 years. His contribution and support in the academics and administration of the university are unparalleled and indispensable in the field of Higher Education.

Dr. Sandeep Kumar Malu, Ph.D., MBA, M.Com., PGDCM, C.S. (Inter), is currently working as Associate Professor with Shri Vaishnav Institute of Management, Indore. Formerly he has served ILVA commerce and Science College, Indore as HOD for more than 10 years and has total of 21 yrs. experience in the field of Academics. He has also served many reputed Institutes as visiting faculty. During this span he has organized various Seminars, Workshops, Conferences and FDPs. Dr. Malu has published many research papers in reputed National and International Journals. He has also attended number of International and National conferences, Seminars, Workshops and FDPs. He is a registered Research Guide of Devi Ahilya University, Indore under the faculty of Management and 05 candidates have been awarded their doctoral under his able supervision. Also 02 candidates have been awarded their doctoral under his co-supervision. Apart from this he is also registered as a research guide under the faculty of Commerce and Management in Pacific University Udaipur. His area of interest includes Taxation, Costing, Investment and Portfolio Management, Derivatives and other Allied Subjects.

A mix of Research, Teaching and Practicing HR Management Professional from last 2.5 decades. Dr. Santosh Dhar is Dean, Faculty of Doctoral Studies and Research at Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya, Indore.
She has been engaged in teaching, research, corporate training and consultancy for the last thirty seven years. She has widely published her work and has 258 publications to her credit. Dr. Dhar was conferred National Fellowship for her contributions to HR by the Indian Society for Training and Development in 2006-07. She is life member of Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), National Human Resource Development (NHRD), and Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE)

Dr.Deepa is Ph.D. from Devi AhilyaVishwa Vidyalaya ,Indore (2001), in Accounts & Taxation an MBA(Finance) , She is a committed person with more than 20 years of experience as an academician .At present she is serving as Associate Professor under college code 28 in Department of Management at Shri Vaishnav Institute of Management, Indore. She has contributed in the development of Shri Vaishnav Institute of Management by performing various administrative tasks as program coordinator (MBA FA & MBA APR) , member of IQAC, NAAC SSR documentation (second cycle A Grade ), Criteria VII coordinator NAAC( first cycle A Grade), coordinator and member of various Institutional and departmental committees. She actively contributes in Research and Development and has publications of more than 35 research papers in national and international journals and Six case studies. She is an approved PhD Research Guide by Devi Ahilya University since 2011. Nine candidates have been awarded doctorate under her supervision at SVIM Research Centre,Indore.

Dr. D.T. Manwani is the National Council Member at ISTD Indore Chapter.

Dr. George Thomas is Director, Shri Vaishnav Institute of Management, Indore. He has been engaged in teaching, research, training and consultancy for the last 25 years. He has published 55 research papers, authored three books, developed case studies and completed various consultancy projects. He has supervised six PhDs in the management subject. Dr. George has been invited by various state, central, private universities and corporate for delivering his artillery of wholesome academic lectures and thoughts. He is a life member of All India Management Association (AIMA) and Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD).

Dr. Anu Ukande is presently PhD Guide and Professor at Institute of Fine Arts, Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya Indore and was conferred National Fellowship by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, New Delhi for her contributions in the field of Visual Arts in 2014-16.  Ph.D and UGC NET Qualified in visual arts– Dr. Anu Ukande has more than a decade of experience in Fine Arts as Freelance Artist, Copywriter and Academician. She has been part of more than 140 International and National level Art Exhibitions, Workshops, Conferences and Seminars. Her paintings are part of many national and international art collections in countries including France, Netherlands, Sweden, Bosnia, Turkey, Australia, UAE and USA. She has widely published research papers and book chapters in International and National Research Journals as well as edited books. She is life member of Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD).
